In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your installation and where a complaint has been made within 60 days of completion of the installation and where the complaint has not been resolved by our complaints policy a refund will be agreed.
Where a refund has been agreed the payment will be returned via the original payment method (if possible) within 14 calendar days of the refund being agreed.
If it is not possible for the payment to be returned via the original payment method the payment will be returned by cheque made payable to the recipient of the invoice and posted to the original invoice address within 14 calendar days of the refund being agreed.
In the event that it is necessary to refund via cheque payable to someone other than the recipient of the invoice and/or for the cheque to be posted to an address that is not the original invoice address, a request must be made in writing to Perfect Artificial Lawns, The New Barn, Great North Road, Radwell, Herts, SG7 5EN within 5 calendar days of the refund being agreed.
